Our goal is to provide services that benefit all of our customers. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams inspect your items prior to shipment to ensure our product quality. However, you should carefully and accurately inspect your item before purchasing it.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can arrange a return or refund for you. Read our detailed return and refund policy if you want to return the purchased items or request a refund.


Returning damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you find that the delivered product:

- Damaged due to production quality (missing button, dirty spots...)

- Damaged due to poor packaging/handling during shipping

- The package you received does not match what you originally ordered (wrong size, wrong design, wrong product type...)

Please notify us at with photo evidence of the above errors so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


We take all responsibility for the defective product, and you can get the compensation as follows:

- If you still wish to receive the item(s) from your original order: We will send the replacement item to your address free of charge.

- If you no longer want the item(s)/replacement: We will refund you in full to your original payment account. Depending on the payment method, this process can take a few days. Please contact us if you have not received the refund yet.

You can keep the defective product as an apology from Hawspeed without having to return it.

Please note that we can only process your request within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Additional information may be required during the process. After this period, our system can no longer support your request.

I don't like the item I received and would like to return/exchange it

We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the item you received. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns/exchanges at the moment unless you have received an incorrect order or a damaged product. However, we try very hard to improve your shopping experience at Hawspeed. Please contact us at and tell us the problem so we can work things out for you in the best way possible.

For the best shopping experience, we recommend that you read the product description and size chart carefully before placing an order.

If your return is due to regret and there was nothing wrong with the product that was delivered, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.


Lost orders

If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us at with your order information (email address and order ID). We will help you to discuss the problem with you as soon as possible. Additional information may be required during the process.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for the following items:

Items not purchased from (e.g., from a third party, auction site, etc.).
Article without packing slip.
Items with tags removed or without original packaging.
Clearance items or items marked as "final sale".
Redeemed gifts are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


Additional information

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. If this is the case, you will receive detailed return instructions. Returns without our authorization will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
If the customer wants a refund, after receiving the returned item, we will refund the original product cost. All shipping costs for returning the item and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.


Compensation estimate

For returned or exchanged items, we need 3-6 business days after receiving the items to process the solution.
Once we have received your returned items, the estimated time for a refund is up to 48 hours into your PayPal account.
